As predicted, the third day of the Stopover Festival has opened up with rain. Fortunately for us, the rain stopped at around 10 AM which gives us enough time enjoy. Though it was raining, it did not stop the community from gathering and make this festival run as smooth as possible. Some organizations and churches in Waverly are offering dry towels, coffee, teas or even the immediate help of a towing company if needed.
