Muslim fashion, which is known as modest fashion, has been making a come back this year in the fashion. In the same week, two modest fashion designers showcased their collection in Washington, DC and New York, NY. While Anniesa Hasibuan’s collection drew a standing ovation during New York Fashion Week, Meeta Fauzan and Helen Dewi Kirana stunned estimated 300 guests during “High Fashion for Muslim Wear: New Design from Java” at Corcoran Gallery in Washington, DC.
